Starting a Business in RAKIA

Please follow the simple steps to form a company in RAKIA,
Download the RAKIA Brochure from the web site or collect it from our office even by sending email. Select the type of company you wish to establish from either a Free Zone (Establishment (FZE) , Free Zone Company (FZCO) or Branch) or Non-free zone (Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Branch) Select the type of license (activity) you wish to have; Industrial, Commercial, Trading, General Trading, service or Media. Then select the facility required (Land Plot, warehouse, LIU, Office Space, Labour Accommodation, Commercial Centre, Executive Residences. Once you have made your decision fill out the Application Form. Ensure you provide all necessary documents submit them at RAKIA office or you may discuss with one of our sales executives for necessary clarifications. Once the application form is approved the sales department will then request you to submit necessary legal documents as per the registration type.
